We've just upgraded the default Buddy setup to support multilingual responses out of the box. Your Buddy will now automatically reply in whatever language a customer uses – no setup required.

What’s New?​

  • Multilingual by Default: Your Buddy now detects the language of each chat and responds in kind
  • Global Coverage: Supports over 50 languages, giving your business a truly international reach
  • Instant Understanding: No need to configure rules – your Buddy adapts to your customers automatically

Do I Need to Do Anything?​

  • New Users: All new Buddies come with multilingual support enabled from the start
  • Existing Users: Just re-save your Buddy’s settings to activate the update:

    Go to Settings > Select your Buddy > Settings > Settings
