The Subscription page is where you can manage your mendbuddy plan — whether you're just getting started or looking to upgrade. From here, you can subscribe to a paid tier, explore additional features, and purchase add-ons to enhance your Buddy's capabilities.
📍 Where to Find It
To access the Subscription page:
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Subscription from the dropdown menu.
- Or visit directly: https://dash.mendbuddy.com/dashboard/subscription
🧾 Subscription Options
mendbuddy offers flexible plans designed to fit different needs — from basic usage to more advanced setups for growing businesses. On the subscription page, you can:
- View your current plan
- Upgrade to a paid tier
- Cancel or downgrade your subscription
- Review your billing history
All subscriptions are billed securely and renew automatically unless cancelled.
❌ Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel or downgrade your subscription:
- Navigate to the billing portal at https://dash.mendbuddy.com/dashboard/subscription
- Log into your account if not already signed in
- Locate your current subscription in the subscription management section
- Click "Cancel Subscription" or select your preferred downgrade option
- Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation
📅 Important: Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to all paid features until then.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier at the end of your billing cycle
- You'll keep access to 1 Buddy, 1 service type, and 40 monthly chats
- All chat history and data remain accessible
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access
➕ Add-Ons
You can enhance your Buddy by purchasing additional features through the same page. Available add-ons may include:
- Extra Buddy Slots – Add additional Buddies beyond your tier limit
- Additional Service Types – Expand beyond your service type limit
- Extra Chat Packages – Increase your monthly chat allowance
- Custom Branding – Remove "Powered by mendbuddy" from embeds
Add-ons are applied instantly to your account once purchased.
🔄 Billing & Invoices
From the Subscription page, you can:
- Update your billing method
- View and download invoices
- See your next billing date
- Manage payment details securely
