🗂️ Chat History

The Chat History page gives you a clear, organised view of all the interactions your Buddy has had with users. This is where you can review conversations, understand how Buddy is performing, and gather insights to improve future interactions.

📍 Where to Find It​

To view past chats, navigate to:

Buddy > Chat History

This section displays all recorded chats in descending date order, so the most recent conversations appear at the top.

🧭 Why It’s Useful​

Chat History helps you:

  • Monitor Buddy responses to real user queries
  • Check for accuracy and see if Buddy is delivering the correct information
  • Identify gaps in your Buddy’s responses so you can adjust your settings
  • Spot trends in what users are asking

🔍 What You Can Do​

Inside the Chat History page, you can:

  • Browse through conversations to see how Buddy has responded
  • Identify patterns in queries to help refine your settings
  • Use insights from real chats to update services, tone, or phrasing

🛈 Conversations are read-only and are stored securely. They do not include private or sensitive user information.

🔄 Real-Time Sync​

Any updates you make to your Buddy's settings or behaviour will only apply to new conversations going forward. Chat history helps you compare “before and after” if you’re making iterative improvements.
