🗂️ Chat History
The Chat History page gives you a clear, organised view of all the interactions your Buddy has had with users. This is where you can review conversations, understand how Buddy is performing, and gather insights to improve future interactions.
📍 Where to Find It
To view past chats, navigate to:
Buddy > Chat History
This section displays all recorded chats in descending date order, so the most recent conversations appear at the top.
🧭 Why It's Useful
Chat History helps you:
- Monitor Buddy responses to real user queries
- Check for accuracy and see if Buddy is delivering the correct information
- Identify gaps in your Buddy's responses so you can adjust your settings
- Spot trends in what users are asking
🔍 What You Can Do
Inside the Chat History page, you can:
- Browse through conversations to see how Buddy has responded
- Identify patterns in queries to help refine your settings
- Use insights from real chats to update services, tone, or phrasing
🛈 Conversations are read-only and are stored securely. They do not include private or sensitive user information.
📊 Chat Limits by Subscription Tier
The number of chats your Buddy can handle each month depends on your subscription plan:
| Tier | Monthly Chat Limit |
|---|---|
| Free | 40 chats per month |
| Bronze | 250 chats per month |
| Silver | 1,000 chats per month |
| Gold | 3,000 chats per month |
💡 How Chats Are Counted:
A 'chat' is counted each time your Buddy sends a response to a user. User messages alone do not count towards your limit — only Buddy's replies are counted.
Need More Chats?
If you're approaching or have reached your monthly chat limit, you have two options:
- 📈 Upgrade Your Tier - Move to a higher subscription plan for more monthly chats and additional features
- 🛒 Purchase Add-Ons - Buy additional chat packages as add-ons to your current plan
View Usage & Upgrade Options:
Check your current chat usage in your account dashboard and explore upgrade options or add-on chat packages.
🔄 Real-Time Sync
Any updates you make to your Buddy's settings or behaviour will only apply to new conversations going forward. Chat history helps you compare "before and after" if you're making iterative improvements.
